2022 Thanksgiving Angels

Free Thanksgiving Turkeys and “Fixings”

The annual Thanksgiving Angels is a collaboration of Pittsfield food pantries, faith communities, and civic organizations who provide Thanksgiving turkeys and “fixings” for food-insecure local families.

Step 1: Sign Up

• Email berkshirethanksgivingangels@gmail.com,

• Call 413-418-2766 (Monday, Wednesday, or Saturday from 10am–7pm) and leave a message, or

• Sign up at a local food pantry during the dates and times listed below.

Food Pantry Sign-Up Times

• Wednesdays: Sept 28, Oct 5, Oct 12, Oct 19, Oct 26

  • St. Joseph’s Church, 414 North St., Pittsfield
    8:30am – 10am

  • Christian Center, 193 Robbins Ave., Pittsfield
    10am – 1pm

  • Salvation Army, 298 West St., Pittsfield
    12:30pm – 3pm

• Thursdays: Sept 29, Oct 6, Oct 13, Oct 20, Oct 27

  • South Congregational Church, 110 South St., Pittsfield

    7:30am – 9:30am

• Fridays: Sept 23, Sept 30, Oct 21, Oct 28

  • St. Mark’s Church, 400 West St., Pittsfield
    9am – 11am

Step 2: Pick Up

You will be assigned a pick-up time at sign up. Pick up your turkey and “fixings” at the drive thru at South Congregational Church (110 South St., Pittsfield, MA) on Monday, November 21, 2022.

If you are a smaller family of 1 or 2 people or if you don’t have cooking facilities, we encourage you to sign up through the program at the Christian Center in Pittsfield (413-443-2828), through which you can receive a prepared meal.
